Things Getting Tough for Biden - What He'll Do for a Buck

Okay, you know things have gotten bad for presidential campaigns when the candidate moonlights as a custodian to raise money for the campaign!

Ok, that is a (slight) exaggeration--Biden was actually participating in the Service Employees International Union Walk a Day in My Shoes campaign. But while Biden isn't really working as a custodian for extra bucks, he is doing something else that seems a little desperate--he's asking people to "adopt" ads for his campaign, much like people "adopt" segments of highways.

For Biden's sake, I hope that people are better at following through on promises to adopt ads than they are on their promises to adopt highways, as even the adopted stretches always look littered!
